Refund Policy

You may return eligible items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. 

Eligibility

To receive a refund, returned items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them, and

• In the original packaging with all components, inserts, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Final-sale or clearance items (if labeled as such at purchase)

• Personalized or custom items

• Digital/downloadable products or gift cards

• Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to misuse

• How to Start a Return

• Email tammy@discoverisbymimi.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

• We’ll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number and return address.

• Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval and share the return tracking number.

• Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping.

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

• Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing photos and order details.
