• Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

• Shipping Area

• We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO when available through USPS).

• Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Undeliverable or refused packages may be subject to return shipping fees. We’ll contact you to reship (additional charges may apply).

• Delays Outside Our Control

• Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, or other events may extend delivery beyond seven business days. We’ll do our best to help if this happens.

• Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

• If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/household members and contact the carrier. Then email us so we can help.
